Manage the restaurant administration & supervise the cleanliness and organization.

Supervise the quality of food & drinks and its presentation from time to time so that poor food does not reach guest.
Supervise the hygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant.
Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to get the best output.
Supervise and coordinate the training in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready on time.
Involve in the detail cleaning of the sections, kitchen and restaurant as needed.
Take instructions from the Manager- Operations and execute.
Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant to run the operation smoothly.
Safe guard the equipments and products of the restaurant from being misused.
