• Create, Design and implement a strategic business plan with focus on expanding the company’s customer base and reinstating its strong presence.

• Ensuring growth and exceeding pre-set sales targets by effectively managing the sales and operations team

• Be the face of the organization at meetings, conferences, exhibits, and other special events
• Participation in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning;
• Coordinating with the finance team to ensure follow up with clients on payments
• Developing and managing annual sales and operating budgets,
• Performing direct customer sales in key areas
• Developing and implementing projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
